Hello! Thank you for your interest in TC Recyclings’ Scrap service. Below is specific information about the program and all of the benefits that are included.
Scrap: We want your used milling and diamond bits. We will buy used bits and you can apply that scrap credit towards any products that TCR offers, or we can pay by check, cash, cashier’s check, etc. whichever you prefer. If you can provide pictures and the quantity of scrap that you have, then we can provide you pricing. We have totes that we can provide you upon request to put your scrap in and we can haul it off when they are filled. Scrap pricing is based on the market value so please inquire for up-to-date pricing.

Scrap pricing is based on the market value which can change throughout the year. This is solidified after we can see the quality of the scrap.
Below are some images of the tote that we would send (free). If you prefer to stay with barrels, for the truck loads they can be loaded with pallets underneath each barrel, or your team can put holes on each side of the barrel and lift them and place directly onto the truck. We ask that the scrap is topped off or completely full for us to best estimate the weight of each barrel.
Once we can get through sorting the teeth from the miscellaneous objects (dirt, trash, holders, anything without carbide), we may deduct from the total if there is an excessive amount of non-carbide items.
For the credit aspect, we always give a higher price if you choose to direct the money from the barrels to purchase a product from TCR. This can be bits, track pads, grousers, wear skis, chains, etc. This can be included on previous purchases as well if they are recent sales!
